Meet your coach

I’m Rachael, and I’m curious what brought you here…

Maybe on the outside you’re holding it together, while inside you feel exhausted, stuck or in need of something to shift. You might sense that you’re caught in a pattern, without quite knowing what it is or how to change it. There might be a disconnect between who you are, who you think you are, and who you would like to be. Perhaps the role you’ve been playing no longer fits but you’re unsure who you are without it. Maybe you are tired of always putting others first and losing yourself, or have experienced loss or change, and now feel uncertain about how to move forward.

Maybe coaching could help?

About me

My work is shaped not only by professional training in counselling skills and transpersonal coaching, but by lived experience. Like many of the people I work with, I’ve experienced times of loss and uncertainty. These experiences led me to go within, slow down and listen more deeply. Through a journey of yoga, embodied practice, and transpersonal coaching I discovered an inner strength I didn’t know I had, along with new ways of relating to challenge and change.

This path has taught me how to listen to my body and inner wisdom, and to recognise the importance of holding space with compassion, acceptance and empathy, not judgement. It’s from this place that I now coach others. I aim to offer a steady, warm presence, where you can feel understood, safe, and held as you explore what matters most to you in your journey forward.

My coaching approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and transpersonal. This means I work with the whole person and our work begins with safety, presence, and compassion. I don’t offer advice or solutions, and there is no pressure to be any particular way. Instead, I work with you to create a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what is emerging — at a pace that feels right for you.

Through coaching, we work together to increase self-awareness, helping you to see new perspectives and possibilities. This can support you in gently unblocking limiting beliefs or old patterns that may no longer be serving you. To do this, we may explore thoughts and emotions, as well as what you sense in your body and what feels meaningful to you. We may work with movement if this appeals to you.

At times, this can include working with parts of you that have learned to adapt or protect – gently bringing awareness to what has been hidden, or opening to a wider perspective beyond old ways of seeing yourself. While this work can be deep and may touch lightly upon past experiences – it is present moment and future-focused. It is oriented towards growth, integration, and potential, rather than reliving the past. Through coaching we work on clarifying your goals and actions using tools to facilitate growth and confidence while strengthening healthy habits and resilience - helping you find more focus, resourcefulness and inner strength.

Want to know more?

If you would like to find out more, book a free discovery call (up to 30 mins). I can listen to what you might like to work on and answer any questions. Together we can decide if my style of coaching feels the right way forward.

I work in a trauma-informed way, within the level of my professional coaching expertise, and will refer clients to therapy if past-focused trauma work feels more appropriate or beneficial.

There is no pressure, no obligation – the most important thing is finding a way forward that works for you.

Session length and cost

Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes long, online or in-person.

The cost is £65 for 60 minutes and £80 for 90 minutes.

It’s a journey of self-discovery to make meaningful small steps rather than a short-term, quick fix so clients may choose to work with me for more than five sessions, however, you are in control of how many sessions you would like.

Client Reviews

“The insights have helped me shift perception…I had insights I’d not been able to solidify previously that were pivotal in understanding myself better. I have taken the insights and learning from coaching to my work to help me be open to deeper levels  of awareness than previously achieved” – C

“It’s coaching which means that you don't guide me on how to do things….but you are a facilitator, you help me with self-introspection, self-awareness - mentally and physically, to give me the confidence to do what I want to do, to achieve the goals I have in mind. They aren’t your ideas or your goals, which I like, because I think it's more empowering as a result.” – A

“I found something greater – there was more clarity and that can only come from something bigger than myself…definitely a deeper spiritual connection, I feel I’m guided more…it’s the most powerful coaching I’ve ever had” – S

“Now I can anchor into the strength that…brought me to where I am today…anchoring into my centre supported me in stabilising in life… A golden ticket into your subconscious to cultivate deeper understanding of oneself” – K
